Williams & CO Joinery Limited was started up by Tim Williams and Kevin Pearse following the closure of a local joinery manufacturer.  The two men, who had worked for the firm for 14 and 8 years respectively, both lost their jobs as a result of the closure, but were determined to ensure traditional, highly valued skills were not lost in the South West.The new joinery firm, which employs a further two craftsmen and one apprentice from the recently closed company, invested in new machinery for its start up in late November 2004. Within four weeks they had already won over £30,000 of work and have continued to grow since
